About Us
Craig S Ostrander, DO MBA or "Dr O" is our primary physician provider. Dr Ostrander is a family doctor trained to care for all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. He has practiced comprehensive medicine since 2010. He earned his osteopathic medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He then completed both his internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. He has practiced both inpatient and outpatient medicine at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, MO. Additionally he is also trained in wound care and has practiced at the the CRMC Healogics Wound Care Center until leaving to open Summit Family Care in 2017. He is currently married with two children and has lived in Lee's Summit since 1997. As both a doctor and business person, he remains passionate about direct primary care and believes this model will be an important component to repairing the current broken health care system. Dr Ostrander is a member of the Missouri State Medical Association, the national DPC Alliance, the Midwest Direct Primary Care Alliance, and the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce.
